King Hussein Cancer Center

Established in 2001, KHCC provides advanced cancer care for patients of all ages from Jordan and the Arab world. It is the first center in the developing world and sixth globally to receive international accreditation as a disease-specific cancer center. KHCC treats over 6,000 new cases annually, including 60% of cancer cases in Jordan, with pediatric survival rates exceeding 85%. The center also offers holistic support, including psychological care, play and music therapy, and academic assistance.


The Center has:

  • 352 beds and 13 operating rooms

  • Emergency department with 38 adult and 12 pediatric beds
